Roger Waters - Live At Rock In Rio, Lisbon, Portugal

Subpar performance / recording in Portugal
I have been waiting for a DVD of Roger's "Dark Side of the Moon" tour which I attended in NY city, the night that Nick Mason joined Roger Waters as he did back in England. Tired of waiting I found this promising DVD, but it is nothing at the level of Roger Waters and should have never been released, Rogers’s voice seems week!! Image and sound is poor. I wonder why we dont have DTS releases of Rogers Dark side and the Wall tours!!!!!!!!

clearly a bootleg
I was beyond disappointed when I put this DVD in clearly a bootleg. Terrible audio and terrible video. Could have been a good one, but a bootleg, surely Roger would no have put such a DVD out.

Only For Die-Hard Fans
If you are a die-hard Floyd/Waters fan, of course, this is a must. Otherwise, you might want to take a pass. This DVD has a few things going for it, but not much.
First, it is only 80 minutes long, and only includes the first set of a 2006 Lisbon concert. (After the last song, Roger says, "See you in a few minutes." Then the DVD ends.)
While the camerawork is decent, the picture quality and sound quality are definitely sub-par - better than amateur footage, but certainly not professional.
There is an annoying "WT" logo that remains in the top left corner from beginning to end.
The musicians themselves just seem very tired, putting in lackluster performances, with the exception of the last song ("Sheep" from "Animals"). And, throughout, Roger's voice often seems strained, weak and/or tired.
For those interested in the songs, there are 12, covering the length of his career, from 60s Floyd stuff to 90s solo stuff. However, again, not much of it is really done...
