Burn at the Barre Intermediate to Advanced Workout (Ballet Exercise)



Great workout!
I really enjoy doing barre work. As a young girl, I took ballet. And boy does it work your abs, your butt, your thighs. In this DVD, in addition, hand weights are added to some moves and you get a great upper body workout as well. It is easy to follow and well taught! One of my favorites.

This is a really great workout! It's a little too short and there should be more reps to be an advanced, but for a 35 minute workout, I thought it was pretty good! I didn't pay too much attention to the people on the set; i know people have complained about one of the women. She didn't bother me enough to not use this video.
All in all, it was a good workout and for days I only have 35 minutes, I definitely will be using this one!
